The Home Improvements Group are a forward thinking and innovative company within the home improvements sector.

We manufacture and install a range of bespoke products at customers' homes including UPVC/aluminium windows and doors, Conservatories, Garden rooms, Conservatory Roof Upgrades, Garage doors and Roofline products.

Due to an increase in business, we are looking to expand our North West and North Midlands workforce. We have a number Direct Sales roles available for ambitious, confident, and driven individuals

What you will be doing

All sales leads are generated for you from our ongoing marketing campaign and the sales appointments are pre-arranged by our office-based team.

There is no cold calling involved, all leads are pre-confirmed to a strict criterion.

Full training and ongoing support are provided.

You will be rewarded with a very competitive uncapped commission structure which gives you the ability to consistently earn over £1,000 per week.

The role will involve:

Following up on appointed leads and visiting customers at their homes.
Making engaging and persuasive sales pitches.
Educating customers about our bespoke products and the service we offer.
Working with customers to meet their needs.
Liaising with our sales office and administration staff.

What we are looking for
You must be confident, personable, and self-motivated.

In addition, we are looking for someone with the following attributes:

Previous direct sales experience in at least one of the following Double glazing, roofline, Conservatories, Garden rooms, Garage Doors.
Excellent presentation skills.
Able to provide a high level of customer service.
Organised and efficient.
Must hold a full UK drivers' licence and own car and be happy to travel to cover your own sales territory.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
