We generate new customers through door-to-door marketing, leafleting and social media.


Within The Home Improvements Group we sell UPVC/Aluminium windows and doors, Conservatories, Warm Roof Conversions for conservatories and Garage Doors.

Within the group we have a number of individual companies so therefore there are plenty of ongoing installations to canvas around.

We're looking for an experienced canvasser to run and manage a team of door to door canvassers

The team manager roles will be

  • To pick up and drive the canvassers to prop (area to target)
  • To train, motivate and organise the canvassers.
  • To ensure targets are hit. (target is 2 appointments confirmed each per day)
  • To ensure the team is knocking 10/1030am4pm Monday to Friday.
  • To ensure the canvassers act professionally.


You will be provided with help and support until you're comfortable in your role and until the canvassers are trained to a good standard.

We're fairly hands on so will always be available for help, training, and support.


The hours are Monday to Friday, we generally head out at 9am, arrive am work for 5/6 hours then head home usually around 4pm.

The jobs walking and talking with a lot of fun along the way.


The pay is for a team manager is £13:50 an hour, 30 hours per week plus weekly bonuses on personal appointments generated and monthly team bonuses based on performance.

Plus mileage at £0.25 per mile. (O.T.E £800-£1000 per week)

We provide all the marketing materials, training and support you require along with all the uniform you need.


We are looking for someone with previous canvass experience, who has good time keeping, can work from their own initiative and has a driving licence and vehicle.
