Its Asset Management platform is used by a range of clients, both private and institutional, to drive increased returns through corporate relationships with banks and other financial services institutions.

Job description - Executive Assistant

In this Executive Assistant role in London, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join the HR & Operations team.

Based in the London office, you will provide hands on support to the Executive Committee members based in the London and Cambridge office.

As a fast growing business, they are looking for someone who is comfortable working at pace as well as someone who wants to have an impact and contribute ideas as to how the business can continue to operate effectively as they scale.


Key responsibilities - Executive Assistant

  • In this Executive Assistant opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Diary Management for the Executive Committee
  • Assisting in organising the Executive and Operations Committee meetings monthly, to include attending the meeting, taking minutes and producing forward actions for distribution
  • Booking performance review meetings for all Executive Committee direct reports and ensuring relevant review forms are completed and returned in advance of the review meeting
  • Assisting recruitment process by chasing hiring managers for feedback in and booking interviews
  • Assisting People Manager with new starter onboarding, including ensuring new starter forms are completed, payroll is updated, and new starter has access to internal systems
  • Managing the HR platform, ensuring new starters are onboarded, leavers terminated, sickness reporting and other staff changes on the platform
  • Liaising with the Tech Team to ensure laptops and logons are organised in advance of new starter arrival for London and Cambridge office
  • Ensuring London and Cambridge offices are maintained and organised

Job requirements - Executive Assistant

  • A 2:1 from University or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry or fintech sector
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to minute meetings and record action points
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible, cando attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
