Description

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Communicate effectively to resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products
  • Assist with customer complaints or concerns in a courteous manner

Qualifications:


  • Proficient in English
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,687.29 per year
