Call Centre Operator - Leeds, United Kingdom - Channel B Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively to resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products
- Assist with customer complaints or concerns in a courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,687.29 per year
