Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £25,953.18 per year
