Tom's Guide is seeking an experienced editor to help lead our coverage of computing in the UK, including desktops, laptops, peripherals and software.

What you'll be doing

As Computing Editor, you'll be reviewing everything from MacBooks and gaming laptops to tablets and monitors, while maintaining and regularly updating critical buying guides.

If you're an expert on all things computers with a strong editorial voice, this job is for you

You'll be maintaining key computing buying guides, such as best laptops and best gaming PCs, writing news, reviews and feature content, and brainstorming thoughtful analysis and opinion coverage to help Tom's Guide stand out.

As well as that, you'll be assisting with deals coverage, especially during critical shopping seasons, tracking the performance of Tom's Guide's computing channel and responding to traffic trends.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

Related experience at an online media outlet
Experience researching SEO trends and analysing traffic
Experience promoting stories via crosslinking and social media
Strong industry contacts are a major plus
