    ABOUT THE JOB

    You'll be part of a team of dedicated individuals striving every day to enhance the quality of life in our communities by revolutionizing the digital infrastructure of Cumbria.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
    - Act as a representative for Fibrus Wholesale and the HyperfastGB program.
    - Advocate the advantages of Hyperfast full fibre broadband.

    - Collaborate with community leaders and groups, addressing any program-related issues and facilitating solutions.
    - Increase demand, reach target registrations, and engage communities while guiding customers to retail service providers.

    - Establish connections with local residents and businesses excluded from the project, working together to find suitable resolutions.
    - Organize public meetings to introduce HyperfastGB and communicate the project's benefits and progress.
    - Coordinate with the delivery team and partners, addressing resident concerns and sharing local updates.
    - Support the team in managing inquiries.
    - Assist in expediting permissions, wayleaves, and premises access.

    WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
    - Recent graduate in any field.
    - Capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
    - Highly creative, with outstanding attention to detail.- Skilled in problem-solving and prompt responses to challenges.
    - Prior customer-facing experience is advantageous.
    - Proficient in MS Office.
    - Teamwork experience.
    - Understanding of public infrastructure investment.
    - Ability to manage and analyze data for reporting.
