Description
An opportunity has arisen to join the admin team based within the Pre-Operative Assessment Unit.

The units primary purpose is to ensure that patients undergoing elective surgery are able to negotiate and agree a suitable date for their surgery.

Specialist Pre-Assessment Nurses within the unit are responsible for screening all patients added to surgery waiting lists, to ensure they are fit and ready for surgery.

In preparation for admission for elective inpatient surgery, all patients undergo a further pre-operative assessment.
