The welfare team are involved in frontline tasks, including telephone enquiries, cash handling and reconciling accounts, face to face with patients and clinical staff, travelling to different trust sites, assisting the team where needed.
There are other general administrative tasks involved to support the clinical staff. Part of your Job role will include recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring, 1:1 supports and appraisals.
