Taylor James are partnered with a chartered firm of financial planners based in the city of London who are looking to appoint an
entry level/ junior administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a first class opportunity to develop a career within wealth management.
Duties & responsibilities will include
:
Full training will be provided
- Supporting a Chartered Financial Planner & wider team.
- Acquiring client portfolio valuations
- Liaising with product providers
- Actioning LOAs
- To assist with the preparation of client facing reports
- Adhere to internal processes & external compliance requirements
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the team
- Recent graduate (desirable)
- Some relevant industry experience (desirable)
- Organised & professional
