Our chartered Wakefield based client are looking to appoint an IFA Administrator to join their experienced team.

Supporting a team of paraplanners & advisers, duties & responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining illustrations
- Keeping the back office system up to date
- Acquiring client portfolio valuations
- Preparation of annual review packs for client meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for financial planners & clients
- Liaising with product providers
- Actioning LOAs
- IFA/ financial planning administration experience (essential)
- Willingness to work towards the level 4 diploma (desirable)
- Knowledge of provider platforms
- Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Highly organised
Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
