Responsibilities:

- coordinate the activities of the shop, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Oversee food production and preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in cooking techniques, bartending, food production, and kitchen operations.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • 3.30pm Monday Friday **_

Note:
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.

The coffee shop will close on Bank Holidays, 2 weeks in August & 3 weeks for Christmas.


Must be available to start training, week commencing 4th March, The coffee shop will relaunch on March 11th.
Expected start date: 04/03/2024


Job Types:

Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
