Glenevin Ltd has been developing and maintaining infrastructure across the UK since our formation in 2013. We specialise in Utilities (Power, Telecoms, etc), Civil Engineering, Traffic Management, and infrastructure. We have grown our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork, and excellent customer service.


An exciting new opportunity has risen in Glenevin, working on our Voneus contract, we are looking to add to our strong team to complete works in the South of England.


General Responsibilities:

- **Health & Safety**:All employees are required to adhere to Health & Safety Regulations and ensure that best practice is met by both them and by their colleagues.
- **Environmental**: All employees are required to adhere to Environmental Regulations and ensure that best practice is met by both them and by their colleagues.
- **Quality**: All employees are expected to work within the systems, processes and procedures outlined within the department and / or company handbooks or software platforms or training manuals
- **Information Security**: All employees are expected to work within the security of all systems, processes and procedures outlined within the department and / or company software platforms and be vigilante against malware and cyber-attacks when conducting any transferring of company knowledge or business.
- **Conduct**: All employees are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner in accordance with company values, policies and codes of conduct outlined in the employees handbook.
- **Flexibility**: A reasonable degree of flexibility is required from all employees to meet the needs of the role and responsibilities of the department and the wider business.


Specific Responsibilities:

As Quality Flex Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Plan organise and prepare teams to perform to high standards
  • Liaise with back office support team.
  • Defect coordination with backoffice team
  • Progress updates (daily updates of programme reports to back office)
  • Reporting defects from previous day with back office.
  • Regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are enforced and maintained
  • Liaise with Stores to ensure optimum stock levels of fast moving items
  • Perform regular audits to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Be commercially aware identify early warnings; with evidence, submit to company early warning mailbox
  • Carry out any reasonable adhoc duties that are requested by the Managing Director or the Management Team
  • Conform with all company policies.

Job Type

  • Fulltime, Temporary Contract (6months)

Salary and Benefits
Between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
