Strong salary and packageMon to FriHybrid role, home working with national travelHere at ISS, as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking for a Principal level Engineer to join their expert central technical team responsible for setting engineering standards across their portfolio of UK&I Accounts.

These standards will be observed by 1000s of engineers across different disciplines on customer sites from Data Centres to Retail.

We are a world famous brand in the sector with north of 30,000 staff in the UK.Here in this team, you will adopt a leadership level role, line managing two Technical Specialists while assuming a strategic responsibility across Engineering Strategy, working closely with a myriad of internal and external stakeholders.

Drive excellence in our working practices with regards Safe Systems of Work and Engineering Standards, embedding these across the business.

Provide technical leadership to teams as required and act as a senior SME (Subject Matter Expert) for mechanical building services systems.
