iMultiply are delighted to be partnering with an established organisation in their search for a Finance Assistant with an immediate start on a temporary to permanent basis.

The Company

The organisation are a well-established Glasgow-based not-for-profit organisation and the successful individual will have experience of purchase ledger, process improvement, bank reconciliations, supporting at month end, and reporting.

The organisation is situation within a great location with excellent transport links

The Role

Maintenance and reconciliation of cashbook
Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
Prepare and post monthly journals, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
Process timeous payment of suppliers and statutory bodies
Prepare management accounts and assist with the preparation of budget

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

Previous experience in a similar type of role
Strong organisational skills
Strong IT skills (in particular Excel)
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills

On Offer
The position of Finance Assistant will offer an hourly rate equivalent of £26,000. The organisation is looking to appoint on a Full
- time basis and the office premises are located in Glasgow.

Temporary contract

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
