iMultiply are partnering with a leading UK business based in Glasgow City Centre as they recruit an Accounts Assistant to cover for a maternity leave within the team.

The Role

Manage sales ledger duties, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Handle daily banking activities, reconciling transactions and maintaining financial records.
Assist in monthend close processes, supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies and provide necessary support for financial queries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

The Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
Solid understanding of sales ledger functions and daily banking activities.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

On Offer

On offer is a salary at the equivelant of £25,000 and an opportunity for the role to be extended or go permanent for the right person.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 9 months

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
