Site Supervisor/Foreperson - Hadleigh (Near Ipswich)12 Month Contract

Sitting within the Anglian Water @one Alliance, who are a collaborative organisation made up seven partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO) and their extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.

Now working in the latest Asset Management Period, AMP 7, the alliance is working towards delivering an approximate £1.Responsible for delivering the best infrastructure and non-infrastructure solutions for the whole region on circa 800 projects, our client champions safety, sustainability, customers, and innovation.

To bolster their site leadership capabilities, we are looking for a new Site Supervisor/Foreperson to lead our clients teams to project success

Leading our clients teams towards safety, quality, and project targets consistently, you'll be a vital link between Site Managers and site operatives by ensuring key messages are appropriately conveyed.

Ensure work carried out meets @one alliance and statutory legal requirements via a range of activities including site inspections, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, and delivering toolbox talks.

Ensure site personnel have relevant training and plant equipment/ machinery are in good working order with in-date certificates.

Oversee temporary works ensuring work is installed as per the design and the Site Manager is kept updated accordingly.

Check the quality of finished products delivered by teams ensuring the product is completed to a high standard.
Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives.
Order and manage hired internal and external equipment daily to optimise performance and reduce costs.
Cross-country pipelines (33km split into sections), temporary works, working with plant, pressure testing, reinstatement, Earthmoving, Groundworks, Clean Water.

SSSTS, CSCS Supervisor, NRSWA, National water hygiene, First Aid
