Our client is a large manufacturing business located in the Chesterfield area.

Due to maternity, our client is now looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team and cover maternity for a period of 9-12 months.


Based at the Chesterfield site, you will provide administrative support to the Sales team as well as cover front of house duties.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and covering reception
  • Producing sales reports and KPI's for the sales team
  • Updating the internal sales system with up to date information
  • Preparing sales contracts for customers
  • Assisting the UK sales teams in preparing Powerpoint presentations
  • Helping organise marketing events
  • Organising lunches, accommodation and travel on behalf of the sales team
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as required
  • Previous administration experience
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • A good telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills


This role is Monday-Friday, however our client does run a flexi scheme so an earlier or later start/finish will be considered.
