Description

Due to expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a part time customer advisor to join their team in Chesterfield.

Based in central Chesterfield, you will work in a customer facing role where you provide support to members of the public who walk into branch.


The hours of work for this
part time role will be
23 hours per week (Monday to 4.45pm, Tuesday pm, Wednesday pm, Thursday pm and Friday pm).


Saturday mornings are also part of the role (roughly twice a month) which are paid on top of the salary at 1.5x.


A typical day within this role will include:

  • Providing customers with a high level of service
  • Answering any phone calls that come into the branch
  • Working on different marketing campaigns
  • Basic administration
  • Ensuring the branch is offering a welcoming environment
