- Advising on all aspects of SHE in improving and maintaining high standards and compliance with Kier Group standards and minimum standards.
- Carrying out regular audits and inspections in line with Kier's standards and promote best practice and identify areas of improvement and providing support and advice to the operational teams.
- Investigate and Compile accident reports for accidents and incidents and provide recommendations to prevent a reoccurrence. Send reports to the Head of SHE and Director and ensure recommendations are actioned.
- Hold NEBOSH Diploma
- Are a membership of a professional body (minimum Tech IOSH)
- Have working knowledge of the environment and sustainability, good IT skills, working knowledge IS & 45001
- Have Full UK Driving License

We're looking for a SHE Advisor to join our Kier Places Team based in and surrounding the North West and Midlands area
Location: North West and Midlands, Flexible working with travel to sites and offices as required
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Responsibilities
As a SHE Advisor, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in providing safety, health and environmental advice to management and the project teams.
