About The Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent customer service skills, a high standard of Welfare benefits knowledge, strong management experience and a high standard of communication to support in the day to day running of the Welfare Liaison Team, part of the Advice Services
The coordinator will work alongside the Advice Co-ordinator (Money Advice) and be line managed by the Money Advice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the service.
About the job
Evening and weekend working will be required on a rota basis.
What We Are Looking For From You
The role will also include recording statistics and reporting back to the Money Advice Manager with information of any variations of the service which impact service delivery.
The ability to speak other languages in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.Additional information
