What's the role about?:

Ad Planning and Reporting Executive

GIG (an Advantage Smollan company)

Full time, Permanent

Salary:

£20,000 + Company Bonus + 27 days holiday (+ birthday off)

Working:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility available)

Location:

Hybrid Role - 2 days from our Leeds Head Office and 3 days from Home

We are looking for 2 individuals to join our team_**
_ Your role will involve producing post campaign analysis to drive future campaign planning - _

_Working with GIG's largest client, ASDA_

Responsibilities:

Production of post campaign analysis reports, following agreed processes
Some automatically produced and uploaded and some instances where results will need investigating with the relevant Category Manager
Keeping track of and flagging any issues with reports or any data anomalies to the department lead
Highlight any reports that could be relevant for future case studies
Support Account Management team with any questions they have on PCAs
Understand the end to end reporting process and methodologies and suggest any improvements
Cover Ad Planning & Reporting Manager's absence

Requirements:

Demonstration of an understanding of media performance metrics and methodologies
Either through study or work experience
Teamwork
Data interpretation and manipulation
Task management and prioritisation
Microsoft package knowledge
