What's the role about?:

Operations Executive

GIG (an Advantage Smollan company)

Full Time, Permanent

Salary:

£20,000 - £22,000 + Company Bonus Structure + 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays + birthday off)

Working:

Monday to Friday, 08:
00 - 16:
00 or 09:
00 - 17:
00

Location:

Hybrid Role - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office (Wednesday and Thursday)

Are you looking to kick start your career in Retail Media/Marketing?_**
_ We are looking for an Operations Executive to support across the wider business - This will give you strong foundations and the skillset needed for a career in Retail Media; Including supporting office management, B2B marketing, internal operations and ways of working including automation of admin heavy tasks_

Responsibilities include:

Build & maintain relationships with
Poundland internal & suppliers
Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties in order to accurately land all campaigns
Monitor campaign delivery and ensure compliance across the estate
Maintain strict booking and implementation processes throughout
Coordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure billing is accurate
Suggest and collaborate with key stakeholders one best way of working, to streamline process
In surge times, supporting our insights and reporting function on the development of post campaign reports
Support Operations team e.g. equipment tracking, governance of our sharepoint folders, Microsoft O365 training, onboarding new team members, tidying up marketing and client facing presentations, updating website / LinkedIn content, admin support to our business analysis team
