We're looking for a highly motivated Private Patient Account Manager with a solid sales background, great communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality healthcare solutions. In this role, you'll engage with self-pay and medically insured patients, local hospital teams, Consultants, and Medical Secretaries to drive private patient admissions growth.
Desirable Experience:
Sales and customer service experience with a proven record in customer relationship management and business development.
Tenacious in identifying sales and business development opportunities and executing challenging business and budget goals.
Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience for all patients.
Confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work well in teams and independently.
Flexible and innovative approach to the role.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS 365.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategy for revenue generation from self-pay and insured customers
Track and influence private inquiries and conversion to appointments
Maximize conversion from appointments to procedures
Review activity and revenue forecasting using provided tools
Support Consultant appointment capacity utilization
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Collaborate with Business Relations Manager to hit targets
Ensure contractual requirements are met and deliver outstanding service
Build strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders
Provide leadership to Private Patient Coordinators
Utilize Brandhub platform for toolkits
