We have an exciting opportunity for a Theme Administrator to join our team within the School of Clinical Dentistry.


In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Themes of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) curriculum, to include responsibility for the production of theme documentation, student attendance monitoring, production of lecture timetables and committee servicing.

The School of Clinical Dentistry has an annual intake of 71 undergraduate dental students for its five year Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme and so the Theme Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of the Themes.

You will work as a core member of the team, providing support to professional services and academic colleagues. You will also provide support for key processes that assist the smooth delivery of teaching and learning.
