Senior Care Assistant Nights - Kempston Nursing Home, Kempston, Bedfordshire MK42 7FY - Part of The Country Court Family
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:45-08:15)

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS) ROLE
Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping our residents with personal support and care
- Aiding their emotional wellbeing and social needs
- Supporting residents at meals time
- Interacting with our residents on a personal level
- Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met
ABOUT YOU
Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents, so we would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to people's lives.
- Be no stranger to working long shifts
- Have good written & verbal communication skills
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
- Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.
