Maintenance Coordinator

"An exciting opportunity to join an established and ambitious Property Management

Company"

Main duties and responsibilities

-Organise maintenance and repairs effectively communicating these to contractors, landlords and tenants.

-Electric and Gas top-ups at properties

-Coordinate and carry out property inspections

-Ensure all work including upgrades, repairs etc. are completed in a timely manner

-Coordinate tenants move-outs, arrange all necessary repairs and liaise with accounts

regarding deductions for the deposit

-Provide colleagues, landlords and tenants with prompt clear positive, communication

-Monitoring through in-house housing system

-Managing keys for properties

-Answering telephone queries

-Maintain good relationships with all clients and tenants.

About You:


-Ideally at least 1 year current/previous experience in the lettings or similar industry

-Can demonstrate good negotiation/communication skills, be resilient, confident, and competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes.

-Good interpersonal skills with experience of working in a commercially driven customer service focused environment

-Personable character with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure

-Ability to work as part of a team and have a positive attitude towards works

-Full driving license essential & ability to travel to different locations in the Nottingham area.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
