    Dispute Resolution Partner

    Location: Bath

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a salaried partner to join this outstanding dispute resolution team. Although this role would be based in bath, the team have a presence in offices in London, South East and South West.

    In relation to client base, this team advise a number of high value (multi million pound) international disputes. With cross office work being common placed, meaning that although this role would be based in Bath, you would be advising city quality clients as well as international clients as the firm are part of an international network of lawyers. In light of this you would also be advising on cross boarder disputes.

    In this role, you would be responsible for managing your own case load of complex matters, supervising fee earners in relation to technical legal issues as well as file management and progression. There is a high level of business development involved and so for this role you must have demonstratable client connections and previous business development experience such as referrer development plans, lead generation and developing department know how and marketing materials. Due to the nature of this role, a following is a requirement.
