The Role:


Business Support department provides a first-class administrative service to multiple departments across Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS).

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to help lead and drive forward our Business Support administration team.


The role includes motivating a team of administrators, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and customer service are always maintained.

Responsibilities will include but is not limited to; direct line management of administrators, workflow management, quality assurance checks, delivery of 121's, PDR's, supporting recruitment initiatives and approval of procurement activities.


We are looking for an individual who has a professional approach and the ability to work proactively to pre-empt the needs of service.

Supporting organisational priorities and promoting Service values and behaviours.
