NOTE:
You must have a valid driver's license and car for this opportunity.

This will be a customer-facing role and therefore the 2nd Line Engineer must be comfortable in front of clients and ideally have had client-facing experience.

This might be through a school or IT Managed Service Provider.
The 2nd Line Engineer will have experience supporting Servers and Networks along with End User Computer Support. You will also be involved in supporting school hardware which may include Printers, AV, Touchscreens and Projectors.
To be a successful 2nd Line Engineer within the MSP, you will need to have technical capabilities in the following areas:

Windows Server and Desktop OS's

Office 36

Active Directory and experience in creating Group Policy
Hardware Troubleshooting: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanner, Projectors and AV
Education experience is highly desirable

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer who likes getting out and about to meet new customers and engage on varying different issues.
