- Being a subject matter expert in Operational Taxes.
- Aiding in the development of a finance-specific system, identifying client divergences and establishing a preferred taxation setup.
- Contributing to the creation of clear and unambiguous taxation system requirements that can be understood by non-specialists.
- Assisting in interpreting legislative and regulatory changes to evaluate their impact on processes and systems.
- Applying analytical methods to shape business solutions, documenting them to high standards.
- Helping define complex tax and accounting rules, reporting specifications, and static data for clients/builds.
- Supporting Design & Build Teams in resolving queries promptly.
- Developing procedures and training for new or updated processes.
- Participating in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) activities and aiding in testing strategy/plans.
- Tax or accounting qualification; or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of Life, Pensions, and Wealth products and related tax reporting rules.
- Experience supporting Change/Transformation programs in Tax/Finance.
- Familiarity with Life and Pensions administration systems and functionalities.
