Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious experienced Agile Coach position to play a key part in the long-term strategy across the entire organisation, guiding team members to find out thebest solutions for their specific team challenges.

Role & Responsibilities:

Be an advocate for a culture of improvement, setting goals and taking responsibility of milestones and deliverables
Guide and prompt teams on agile techniques, working closely with the technical teams to understand best approaches as needed to ensure the overall goals are being met.
Promote cultural change by championing an agile mindset
Advocating the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams
Facilitate Scrum and other team meetings as required.
Help team members and external stakeholders better understand agile practices and frameworks. For example, Scrum events, roles and artefacts
Remove obstacles and improve teams' flow
Create an environment for the teams where team members strive to uphold the pillars of scrum: Transparency, Inspection and Adaptation

Requirements:

5+ years experience as a Scrum Master
Minimum of first level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or PMI-ACP)
Experience coaching one to one and at a team level
Experience in Scrum, Kanban OKR, XP and other agile frameworks, processes, and practices
Knowledge of multiple agile techniques such as formats for retrospective

Package:
