£20,231 for 21 hours per week (this role is 3 days per week)


CULT Cymru is an exciting and dynamic all-Wales learning programme established in 2008 that is supported by the Welsh Government's Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF) and Creative Wales.

It is led by Bectu in partnership with sister unions Equity, the Musicians' Union (MU) and the Writers' Guild of GB (WGGB).


About the role


The Mental Health & Well-being Co-ordinator will work alongside the Skills & Development Manager and Project Co-ordinators within the CULT Cymru team.

This is a 3 day a week/21 hours fixed-term post with the opportunity to work remotely and flexibly on a fixed term contract until March 2024.

For those living in the Cardiff area working from the office for part of the time will be expected.

The role utilises a broad range of communication and administration skills including liaising with key partners, the industry workforce, keeping accurate records for scheduling and budgeting, creating forms via google docs.
