The Role of Energy Sector Growth Officer
Prospect is looking for a Growth Officer to support a broad range of national projects. You will have a knowledge and background of project management techniques and organisational change. The role will require the compilation of detailed project plans, allocation and organisation of resource and significant influencing skills.

The role would see you supporting branches and officers on project planning to widen Prospect's membership base and improve our impact, whether that is helping members win improvements at work or changing the policy environment which affects them.

Essential

An enthusiasm to make a difference for our members in energy by helping grow their influence and increase their representation and organisation.
Strong communicator with ability to influence.
Demonstrable experience of delivering organising projects, organisational change or similar.
Experience of working in a membership / advocacy organisation.
Must hold current Driving Licence. Ability to drive as the job will require work at branch or employer premises.
