- Deliver engaging and comprehensive textiles lessons to students at various levels.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and stimulates students' creativity.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and professional development activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching textiles or a related subject at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of textiles techniques, materials, and processes.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse learning needs.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Competitive daily rate of £150 - £225.
