Recognised by Ofsted as being a 'Good' provider of children's social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children's Trust as a Human Resource Business Partner.


As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of services which underpin effective management, progression of cases and change programmes through our HR policies and procedures.

You will proactively seek new opportunities to build relationships and provide professional advice to stakeholders in a blended way, both face to face and digital.

You will work in a fast-paced environment providing value-added HR business partnering to operations in line with the with the Workforce Strategy and overall business objectives.


With excellent communication, business partnering and employee relations skills you will build effective collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders and team members.

You will have experience of partnering other large, complex, and fast paced organisations.


You will be an effective self-starter, have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining focused in this fast-paced environment.

The role will be part of a strong, supportive team where you can further develop your professional skills.
