The successful candidate will maintain the fleet management system daily, and support customers with any telephone enquiries.24 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + option to purchase up to an additional 5 days

Generate machine performance reports from CTFleet Link as and when required.
Provide admin support for the Hitachi online information portal Global e Service.
Monitor any product reliability issues and report back to the Digital Solutions Manger
Provide General Admin support to HCT Workshop & Field Operations when necessary.
GCSE Grade C or above in Math's and English (or equivalent).
Strong administrative and IT skills, proficient with applications such as MS Office & Dynamics 365.
Strong communication skills at all levels, with excellent telephone manners.
Good interpersonal skills in an open office environment.
2+ years demonstrable experience in a general administration role.
~ Knowledge of fleet telematics systems.
~ As a temporary Digital Solutions Administrator, you will gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment where your administrative skills will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency. The experience gained during this period can serve as a steppingstone for further career advancement within the company or provide a solid base for pursuing opportunities in various sectors.
