Opportunity to work for a Global Investment Manager who are one of the preeminent names within the IndustryWorking alongside an experienced Manager, you will focus on the firms Debt / Loan portfolio, coverage includes European Bank Loans, Floating Rate Obligation & Secured Fixed Rate Bonds
This role has daily engagement with the Portfolio Managers, and requires someone who is comfortable getting in the detail within the portfolio as well as providing strategic, big picture, advice
Key tasks include;
Performing, review and oversight of the monthly and quarterly closing process for the investment portfolios including pricing, management fee and expense accrual calculations, review and reconciling portfolio holdings and activity to custodial records and counterparty records as required;
Performing, review and oversight of the daily cash and position reconciliations process with custodial and other counterparties, and assisting support teams in resolving discrepancies as required,
Reviewing and/or preparing schedules for regulatory filings (AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF and CRS);
Reviewing and/or preparing quarterly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with U.K. GAAP and/or IFRS as required per the terms of the entity;
Coordination, supervision, and review of the accounting records maintained by a variety of third-party administrators, custodians, and other service providers in support of the strategies' investment portfolios.
Experience DesiredChartered Accountant / CFA years of total experience
Proven Fund Accounting experience, including exposure to Daily NAV / Cash positions
Loan / Debt product experience - CLO, European Bank Loans, Bonds
Knowledge of Fund Modelling, Performance Reporting, Performance measurements experience
Multi-structured funds exposure
Strong communication skills
Salary up to £100,000 + Bonus
Central London location
Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
