The Role
We talk about setting high standards, this starts when people first walk through the door. You'll have a huge impact on this as you'll shape the learning and development team. Your responsibilities won't solely rest on teaching though.

You will be working alongside the Operations Manager, Sales Team Leaders, and Performance Coaches, your main duties will include:


Providing first-class sales training and support to both newcomers and seasoned team members.

  • You'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the sales team, imparting your knowledge and expertise to help team members excel.

Leading sales and product training sessions for various teams.

  • Your impact will extend across multiple teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in sales practices and product knowledge.

Designing training materials that align with core sales tactics and span the entire customer journey.

  • Your creativity and expertise will play a pivotal role in developing materials that empower our teams to succeed.

Assessing skills to pinpoint strengths, areas for improvement, and training necessities.

  • Your analytical skills will be put to good use in identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Collaborating closely with product experts and team leaders to fulfil product training requirements.

  • Your ability to bridge the gap between product knowledge and sales strategies will be invaluable in enhancing our team's capabilities.

Constantly revisiting and refining training techniques for the best outcomes.

  • You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our training remains cuttingedge and effective in an everevolving industry.

Being an SME in the energy industry and the market.

  • Your deep understanding of the energy sector will contribute to our continued success and industry leadership.

Who we're looking for

The qualifications we're on the lookout for are:

  • Experience in a B2B outbound sales setting, ideally in a dedicated training or L&D role.
  • Proficiency in consultative solution selling practices, ideally within the energy sector.
  • A knack for building and maintaining strong internal relationships.
  • A relentless passion for nurturing and propelling sales talent forward.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to turn operational insight into training that moves performance.
