    as a Reception Team Leader.
  • As a Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
  • Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You:


  • Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required ideally within a 4 or 5star hotel operation.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
