Our client, a global leader in flexible workspace provision is looking for an
Account Manager to join their rapidly growing and enthusiastic team based in a central Edinburgh location.
Job Requirements
Receiving enquiries from new customers via the sales hub
Welcoming new customers into the workspace and advising on all products and services available
Customer retention
Day to Day running of the centre.
Managing a small team of reception staff and customer service advisors
Customer service queries
Skills and Experience
Ideally 2-3 years B2B Sales experience (there is no cold calling or business development required in this role) but on-boarding new clients and retention is key to this role.
Strong customer service skills, you will be responsible for delivering a world class service to your customers and ensure the quality of the workspace is perfect at all times.
Good Organisational skills
