Our client, a global leader in flexible workspace provision is looking for an
Reception / Customer Service team member to join their rapidly growing and enthusiastic team based in Exeter.

Job Requirements
Receiving enquiries from customers face to face and over the phone

Welcoming new customers into the workspace

Day to Day tasks in centre

Working within a small team of reception staff and customer service advisors

Customer service queries

Skills and Experience

Strong customer service skills, you will be responsible for delivering a world class service to your customers and ensure the quality of the workspace is perfect at all times.

Reception experience

Good Organisational skills

Word and Excel
