**I'm working alongside a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their team with a couple new IT Support Engineers. It's a great opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career, within a supportive and developing Supportteam. The company have built great relationships with their clients, gaining new ones regularly, through supporting their infrastructure. Its worth noting that the IT Apprentice, granted through hard work, was given the chance to work alongside the 1st and2nd Line team within 4 months.

As one of the IT Support Engineers you will be responsible for the escalations from the 1st and 2nd Line team, helping with 3rd line support work.

On a day to day, you can expect to be getting stuck into some work with the Windows Servers, Office 365, and GoogleWorkspace.

In the future, through your progression, you will be learning more about the Virtual Servers, Cloud Infrastructure and the Networking Infrastructure and Security.

Some of the projects that you'll get involved with are migrations from Active Directoryto the Intune space, moving sites for some of the clients moving around and cloud migrations.
