A thriving SME Manufacturer with a fantastic reputation has an exciting requirement for a qualified Finance Manager to join the team.

The business is growing from strength to strength and their staff retention is second to none.

Working closely with the Managing Director, but also reporting to the Group Finance Director the role will encompass:

Contribute to strategy and key decision making
Management of the Finance, IT and Purchasing departments
Ensuring accurate recordings of the financial transactions for the company
Maintain the integrity of the company's Balance Sheet via monthly reconciliations
Timely preparation and analysis of the monthly management accounts
Preparation of the annual statutory accounts
Manage the submission of the monthly and quarterly VAT Returns
Manage the preparation of the monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts
Monitor, update and audit of the costing system
Providing detailed commercial and financial analysis
Stocktaking
Preparation of budgets
Ensuring working capital is managed effectively
Coordination of the IT/ERP System with continuous improvement
To manage the effective purchasing for the business
