- Accountable for delivering effective Payroll and Benefit services
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation
- Ensure quality and compliant procedures
- Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Payroll systems
- Exceptional understanding of end-to-end payroll delivery, pensions, and benefits
- Familiarity with HMRC requirements for Pay As You Earn (PAYE)
- Proven track record in driving process and procedural change initiatives
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple workstreams
