This is a full time and permanent position, working hybrid three days per week in Morgan Stanley's Canary Wharf office.

What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

  • You'll be responsible for providing efficient and flexible recruitment support for Morgan Stanley's Quantitative Finance division and EMEA Sales and Trading regional Offcycles.
  • You'll coordinate Quantitative Finance and EMEA Sales and Trading regional events from start to finish, order catering and conduct the preparation and distribution of event marketing material.
  • You'll be responsible for overseeing reports to ensure that interns are correctly integrated onto the system in line with their start date
  • You'll handle short notice queries requiring quick solutions
  • You'll liaise with senior stakeholders to gather interview feedback and collate this for offer approvals
  • You'll prepare presentation slides for event recruitment overview and presenting to students, including registering event attendance.
  • You'll take ownership of the internship mid review process and HR inductions for the current internship cohort
  • You'll take ownership of the hiring report and flag any potential issues to the Campus Recruiter, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • You'll manage a number of trackers on an ongoing basis for data accuracy

What do I need to succeed in this role?

  • You'll have substantial resilience and emotional grounding
  • You'll have at least 12 months of recruitment coordination experience
  • High quality, professional communication skills; written and verbal, with efficient response speeds
  • You've got experience of following processes and meeting service level agreements and deadlines
  • You've got confidence to liaise with and present to senior stakeholders in a client facing role and students at networking events
  • You conduct your workload with a high sense of urgency and can be flexible and adaptable to stakeholder demands
  • Excellent organisation skills, being able to manage several processes at once

Who will I be working with?
You'll work closely with a Campus Recruiter within the Sales and Trading and Strats business lines. This is within a team of 6-7 colleagues working in Campus Recruitment. The team has a very friendly atmosphere and communicate frequently with one another.

On top of this, you'll also get the chance to work with a wider Campus Recruitment department made up of approximately 30 people, doing summer programmes and programme cycles.

You'll also be part of the wider AMS emerging talent team.

Today we partner with a portfolio of 19 clients globally and will have supported almost 26,000 hires through our outsourcing services and completed 17 advisory projects consulting on early careers strategy, process, technologies, assessment and brand and attraction in the season.
