The Energy Services Administrator will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties, handling areas of data monitoring, energy reduction measures, energy industry legislations and a range of metering project work.


Wider responsibilities include:

  • Handling client queries.
  • High level of data entry preparing and producing reports/ spreadsheets.
  • Create agreements for clients.
  • Arranging contractor site visits.
  • Site additions/removals to customers group supply agreements newly acquired sites, change of tenancies, terminations.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Updating information onto the CRM system with new meters and contract/agreements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones.
  • Adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate awareness of internal processes and provide suggestions for process improvement
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of all Energy Services tasks and an ability to provide basic information when dealing with incoming client calls.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures to attain and maintain the required competency level to perform the role and, in particular, to promote a culture where customers are treated fairly, with openness and honesty.
The Individual - Essential Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Strong values around delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Customer services and administration work experience.
  • Good IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to organise and manage own workload.
  • Strong attention to detail
