Residential property Lawyer I am representing a leading law firm in Kent with a reputation built on traditional values and their excellent quality of service.

The firm succeeds by leveraging the knowledge and experience of their talented team with cuttingedge systems and software to ensure a first class client experience.

The firm are recognised for their approach by Chambers and Partners and the large number of testimonials from their happy clients.

The role will see you use your expertise in relation toresidential property law to assist the firms clients in the process of buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties.

In addition you can expect to undertake remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work.

You will manage your own case load from the initial instruction until completion at all times complying with CQS standards.

To be successful you will have been running your own caseload of residential property transactions for at least 2 years and have theambition and drive to exceed at firm that values client care and team work.
