The successful L&D Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Coordinating training courses both internal courses and external course providers
  • Ensure that employees are booked in and attend relevant training courses
  • Supporting the wider L&D and HR teams with projects and strategy

Profile

The successful L&D Coordinator will have previously:

  • Worked within a busy HR function, ideally within learning and development
  • CIPD qualified or working towards this
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple deadlines

Job Offer
The L&D Coordinator can expect a salary between £28-34,000 depending on experience
