Part-time 7.5 hours per week on a Saturday
Bury Hospice is looking for a charismatic Sales Assistant to support our Hospice Furniture Showroom.


As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer care and assisting with the effective running of the shop.


Customer satisfaction and engagement is key to our success as a Hospice, in which your excellent customer service skills will be relied upon to provide a fantastic experience for customers and to resolve queries and complaints.


Other key duties will include ensuring stock levels are suitable to store requirements, working with the Retail Management team to achieve financial targets, and completing all shop-related administration tasks accurately and timely.

You will take ownership of planning and organising activities within your own role including sorting stock, pricing, ticketing, etc.

Volunteer shop assistants support us in our work so it would be beneficial to the role if you had experience of managing others.

This is a hands-on role and will operate on a 7.5 hours carried out on a Saturday.
